From hacked to hardworking: a wellness retailer's comeback
An NZ yoga and wellness store on WooCommerce. The store had been hacked, the ads looked like they were failing, and most ad clicks landed on a mobile menu that was hard to use.
What was wrong
- Card sales never reached Google Ads, so the ads looked worse than they were
- A large share of ad spend going to YouTube placements that didn't convert
What we did
- Cleaned up and hardened, working on a full local copy
- Found and fixed the tracking fault hiding card sales
- New Search campaign: 13 themed ad groups, 170+ negative keywords
